To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we currently offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy instead of refunds.
7-Day Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Free from scratches, stains, perfume, or any signs of use
Eligible Products
The following products are eligible for exchange:
- Handbags
- Crossbody Bags
- Shoulder Bags
- Tote Bags
- Flats
- Heels
- Loafers
- Pumps
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the parcel
After verification, TRANDIVA will replace the product at no additional cost.
No Refund Policy
As we currently operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not offer cash refunds or returns for change of mind.
Eligible orders can only be exchanged according to this policy.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days.
- Share your Order Number.
- Explain the reason for the exchange.
- Wait for approval from our support team.
- Once approved, we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), TRANDIVA will bear all shipping charges.
- If the exchange is requested due to a change of mind, style preference, or size selection, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping charges.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Used or worn products
- Products without original tags
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products with signs of use
- Clearance or Sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
